H & A Pharma is the public-facing brand of H & A Marketers and Distributors. These Terms apply to use of this website and to direct transactions for which H & A Marketers and Distributors is identified as the seller.

Transactions completed through a marketplace or another seller are also subject to that platform’s or seller’s applicable terms.

2. Website use

Visitors may use this website for lawful personal, informational and business-enquiry purposes. The website does not currently provide customer accounts, online checkout or website payment processing.

3. Healthcare marketing and manufacturing

H & A Pharma is a healthcare marketing organisation and does not claim to manufacture every product it markets. Products may be manufactured by third-party manufacturing partners identified on the applicable packaging.

For a direct order, the product, pack, price, applicable shipping charge, payment method, delivery details and seller identity should be confirmed before the order is accepted. Direct orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Alappuzha, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from the use of this website or direct transactions with H & A Marketers and Distributors.
